Review TablePort billing and invoices
Settings → Business settings → Plans & Billing. For the authorised owner or
billing manager. This is the restaurant business's TablePort billing, separate
from guest orders, card processing, supplier invoices, or another company's
account.
Subscription and usage
Review the actual plan, services, status, period, renewal/trial dates and
before-tax labels. A subscription trial does not necessarily waive usage: the
current screen explicitly separates trial subscription fees from text, AI and
marketing usage. Read the displayed included allowance, extra units/blocks,
projected charges, taxes and invoice context rather than copying a fixed price
from this guide.
Processing fees describes the configured schedule for this business. Check
its actual provider/account, card classification, minimums and agreement; a
shown rate is not proof of a bank payout amount. Admin-only contract/billing
operations are outside this operator guide.
Invoices
Open Invoice history, choose the intended invoice, and inspect line items,
charges, tax, credits/discounts, payments received, credit applied, Total and
Amount due. Different invoices can have different collection methods. Use
Print or save as PDF for an authorised copy.
If charges/adjustments do not reconcile with the total, the screen says to
contact support before paying. A credited or voided amount is not automatically
a provider refund. Check references and the actual payment/credit history.
Pay an eligible invoice
Review the intended business/invoice, amount due and collection method. Use
Add payment method through the supported secure flow where needed, then the
offered Pay … action only when authorised. Do not paste card details into
notes or ordinary messages.
Check the resulting state. Payment is processing, already in progress,
or confirming your payment require inspecting the existing invoice before
another attempt. A bank-confirmation or declined-card message needs its
supported resolution; it does not justify a second simultaneous payment. A
receipt appears after the provider confirms a charge, so an absent receipt is
not proof payment failed or that a credited invoice still needs charging.
Identity and recovery
Check invoice payer and billing contacts in
Business General. Common ownership or
infrastructure does not grant another company's payment, credential or
contractual authority. Keep invoices and account records private.
If loading or collection is unavailable, preserve the selected period/invoice
and use the retry/support path. Escalate with business/invoice, displayed due
amount, existing state, last action and error through an authorised channel.
