Create the restaurant business through onboarding
For the authorised restaurant owner or representative. Open TablePort's business
setup entry using your own account. Do not create a duplicate business because
an existing account, invitation, or application is temporarily unavailable.
Confirm your account
The current form confirms your name and verified email before business details
become available. Follow the displayed verification link and return to check
again. If changing an email requires approval from the old address followed by
verification of the new one, complete both supported steps.
A sent verification request is not verified identity. The page can avoid
revealing whether an address belongs to an account; use the normal sign-in and
verification flow rather than asking support to disclose another account.
Business and first location
Enter the restaurant's public business name, first location name/type, country,
legal profile, trading address and relevant tax/website details. Confirm your
relationship to the business. Use the legal structure and identifiers that
actually apply; a suggested company lookup or address is not independently
verified approval.
Choose a complete address result where possible, or use Enter address
manually when search is unavailable. Manual details can require review. Review
the form's required fields and any company-not-found or incomplete-data message
before continuing.
The optional setup assistant can explain a field or prefill non-sensitive values
you supplied. Review every suggestion. It cannot verify the business or accept
the current licence for you.
Review and create
Read the current TablePort licence in the review stage and personally select its
acceptance checkbox only when authorised. Select Create business, then
inspect the actual result:
| Result | Next step |
|---|
| Business created / Active | Use the offered dashboard path and operational checklist |
| Pending review | Follow the review process; dashboard access is not offered until approved |
| Setup needs follow-up | Business exists, but some defaults need completion from the dashboard |
| Creation failed or uncertain | Inspect existing account/application state before submitting again |
Creating the account and first location does not establish payment readiness,
menus, kitchen routing, reservations, or staff access. Follow
Prepare first service and the displayed checklist.
Billing-card setup and its actual subscription/usage terms are separate; see
Billing.
Escalate with application/business reference, stage, observed state and error
through the authorised support route. Keep identity documents, verification
links, account contacts and credentials out of public screenshots.
