Set the restaurant address and delivery area
Console: Settings → Location settings → Address & delivery. Confirm the
restaurant. Its physical/public address, direct-delivery service area, and a
delivery-platform connection are different settings.
Address and area
Use Change or Add business address, search the restaurant's verified
address, and inspect the resulting map location. Check the saved public view; a
map pin alone is not proof guests or couriers have the right instructions.
Draw the intended delivery area on the map. Without an area, the screen says
direct deliveries cannot be accepted. Clear delivery area removes that
boundary; it is not a generic map refresh. Review saved geometry and a known
inside/outside test address through the agreed safe test process.
Direct delivery settings
Check Delivery time (guest estimate), Minimum order value, Delivery
base fee, Free delivery threshold/minimum, and delivery-only schedules.
Verify units, currency, times, and the guest checkout result. A time estimate is
not a courier guarantee. No fee or threshold should be copied from another
location merely to make a test succeed.
Delivery apps
The Delivery apps settings entry offers platform connections. Review the
selected business integration, restaurant location/site ID, active state and
Test mode. Sandbox and live are different environments. A direct delivery
area is not proof a marketplace integration is authenticated or receiving
orders.
Use the authorised integration setup for this business/location. Do not change
provider secrets, another company's connection, or live mode to work around a
missing selection. Verify supported menu/order synchronisation separately.
After an uncertain save, reopen the same location and inspect current settings
before redrawing or connecting again. Escalate with location, intended boundary
or delivery rule, environment, saved state and error; keep real guest addresses,
provider credentials and private account screenshots out of public material.
