Read email delivery and outcomes
Console: Marketing → Campaigns → Analytics. Select the intended dispatched
campaign and reporting scope. An unsent draft has no delivery results; a failed
metrics query is not a result of zero.
| Signal | What it establishes |
|---|
| Recipients | The send's resolved recipients |
| Delivered | Recorded delivery, or a derived figure where labelled |
| Opened (indicative) | Tracking activity; not proof the guest read the email |
| Clicked | Recorded link interaction; not proof the destination action finished |
| Linked bookings | Bookings matched through the guest's own tracked link |
| First-party reviews | Recorded first-party review outcome |
| Promises claimed | An eligible booking attached the promise |
| Promises honoured | Staff recorded fulfilment; not POS redemption proof |
The current view labels orders and revenue as last-campaign-click attribution
within seven days. Opens do not attribute orders in this view. Attributed
revenue is not proof of incremental profit; the separate incremental figure is
an estimate. A guest can produce both booking and order outcomes, so do not add
those counts as though they were exclusive people.
Review bounced, complained, and unsubscribed counts with the campaign's audience
and content. Preserve suppression and opt-outs rather than re-importing
addresses to retry. A Google review link click does not establish that a Google
review was posted.
For A/B campaigns, compare the displayed variants and their recipient counts.
Keep indicative and estimated labels when sharing results. Automation
performance separately shows lifetime/journey-step and recent-day views; compare
like scopes and periods.
After partial or stopped delivery, inspect the existing campaign's reached count
and results before another dispatch. See
Campaign recovery. Escalate with campaign or automation
reference, period, state, and exact error; keep recipient-level personal
information within authorised access.
