Find modifiers in option groups
The current Console manages modifiers through Menu → Option groups and an
item's Configuration → Option groups. Use
Offer sizes, extras, and meal choices for the full
workflow. The older separate Modifiers instructions no longer match the current
navigation.

For written special instructions, check the item's Disable customer notes
setting and the ordering flow's notes field. Do not create an old-style VERBAL
modifier from these instructions. Keep allergy-related guest notes distinct from
the restaurant's verified product allergen information.
After attaching a group, save the item and test its choices, limits, defaults,
and final price at the correct location. Shared group changes can affect other
products; use a copy when the rules should differ.
