Set the shared restaurant brand
Console: Settings → Business settings → Brand. For the authorised brand
manager. Use the restaurant's identity, which is separate from TablePort's
platform design. This identity is shared across guest website, email, receipts,
QR cards, and wallet surfaces where supported.
Edit and review
- In Identity, review Logo on light, optional Logo on dark, SVG mark, and
the preferred Email logo. Use only approved restaurant artwork.
- Set Appearance, Theme colour, Accent, Heading font, Body font,
Component style, and Neutral family as intended.
- Inspect the preview and any fallback/contrast messages. An entered colour can
fall back if it is missing or fails the contrast checks. A preview saying
Live does not establish a complete public website or sent email outcome.
- Select Save brand, reopen, and verify the saved identity.
- Check the relevant actual guest surfaces at their intended size. Website
publication, email sending, receipt printing and issued wallet passes have
their own workflows and constraints.
The Brand / Kiosk preview helps inspect the identity. Check text, actions,
logo visibility, and the real kiosk configuration; visual appearance does not
enable an ordering channel or authenticate a payment reader.
Wallet artwork
Wallet pass artwork offers Apple density and Google previews with pass
background/foreground, logos, covers and Apple icons. Follow displayed upload
format/dimension guidance. Defaults inherit from the shared brand; set pass
artwork only for intentional overrides and use Save wallet artwork.
Saving wallet artwork and saving the shared brand are separate actions. Check
the issued guest pass through its supported flow before assuming every old pass
changed. Do not publish live pass credentials or guest data in preview captures.
Restore and recover carefully
Restore defaults clears logos, colours, and fonts in the draft after a
confirmation. Nothing is saved until Save brand. Use it only for the
intended identity reset, not to clear a loading or contrast warning.
If the brand or wallet artwork cannot load, Try again; the saved
configuration has not been changed. Preserve it rather than saving an empty
fallback. After an uncertain save, reopen before re-uploading or resetting. See
Location brand and receipts for local controls.
