# Set local storefront, QR-card, and receipt content

**Console: Settings → Location settings → Brand & receipts.** Confirm the
working location. Colours, fonts and shared logos belong to
[Business brand](/settings/business/brand); use **Edit business brand** for a
shared change rather than creating an accidental local identity.

## Storefront copy

Review Headline, Watermark, Eyebrow, and Subtitle for the local shop/counter
storefront. Blank fields can keep the hero clean, with the location name used
for the default headline. Check the actual supported store surface after saving;
copy does not enable the channel or populate its catalogue.

## QR card

The local card can override logo/colours and configure template/style,
background, QR/text/border appearance, pattern and corners, prompt/name text,
font weight/size, line height, and print dimensions/unit. Review the preview,
legibility, contrast and intended terminal before saving/printing.

Check the generated link and a safe scan of the printed card through the guest
flow. A styled code is not proof that the menu, checkout, or intended terminal
is active. Keep staff access, redemption credentials, and guest records out of
public print/preview material.

## Receipts

Review the thermal **Receipt logo**, **Footer text**, and **QR code on
receipts**. The offered action can differ between an unpaid bill and a paid
receipt, and between dine-in and takeaway/delivery. Booking/review availability
and the published website affect which action is available. Inspect an actual
supported preview/test receipt rather than assuming the same link always prints.

Use approved monochrome artwork and test the configured receipt printer. Brand
saving is separate from a print job, website publish or guest notification. See
[Printer recovery](/troubleshooting/printers) for output failures.

If loading or saving fails, preserve the existing local content and shared
identity. Reopen after an uncertain save before resetting or submitting another
upload. Escalate with location, surface, intended override, saved result and
error through an authorised channel.
